Although the dive boats do not carry oxygen, the resort has oxygen on site and it is also available at Sipadan. The dive boats do carry first aid kits.
Currently, the nearest re-compression chamber is located at the Navy Base in Semporna, on the Sabah mainland. We strongly recommend that you have your own insurance to cover diving emergencies.
For non-diving related emergencies, there is also a hospital at Semporna.
